Chinese Food


The true essence of Chinese food is healthy and low-fat. Some of the
most healthy elements of Chinese food, are lots of vegetables,
light sauces, wok cooking have been adjusted to
accommodate American preferences.

Chinese ofton use chopsticks as a way to eat there food.


Examples are..
-Eggrolls
-Wontons
-Potstickers
-Rice
-Fried Rice
-Sweet and Sour chicken
